IndyMac Bank lacked clear visibility and an efficient response to inventory volume. In addition, they did not have a dedicated representative to assist them which resulted in poor communication and timing.
Solution
Create an integrated, full-service system to meet the provisions of the different business rules of each division including website design and development, warehousing, fulfillment and on-line reporting; provide a dedicated representative knowledgeable in the financial and mortgage industry for superior customer satisfaction. Due to the website’s improved efficiency, the client requested to add categories and access levels for other departments within the Mortgage Professionals Group to assist the client in event/project planning and inventory control.
Results
