eBay was seeking an integrated resource to be the exclusive provider of eBay branded merchandise. Previously they had allowed various decision makers to contract with multiple suppliers. Completely re-develop the eBay merchandise lines against three different target audiences: eBay Community, eBay PowerSellers and Employees.

Solution
Alcone developed a fully-integrated, end-to-end solution ranging from product design, development and custom manufacturing to online and offline sales, fulfillment and reporting. Also developed series of eBay “feedback stars” licensed characters.

Results
Merchandise sales continue to expand, easily exceeding any previous initiatives. Alcone became the exclusive provider of all eBay-branded merchandise, including merchandise for eBay trade shows and special events.
